Overview
This Returns outlines the terms and conditions for returns and refunds for furniture pieces purchased through our vintage furniture sourcing service.
Inspection Period
Upon delivery, you have 7 days to inspect the furniture piece. If you discover any issues that were not disclosed at the time of purchase, please contact us immediately.
Condition of Returns
To be eligible for a return, the furniture piece must be in the same condition as when it was delivered. It must be unused, unassembled (if applicable), and in its original packaging if packaging was provided.
Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Provide details about the reason for return
- We will arrange for collection or provide return instructions
- You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or misrepresented
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items may not be eligible for return, including:
- Custom or commissioned pieces
- Items that have been altered or modified
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include replacement, repair, or refund.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired piece.
